CHAUMET, SIMPLY CHAUMET
El 2 de Septiembre de 2020, Blanca y Borja se casaron en la casa familiar de la novia en Pizarra, Málaga.
Blanca de Soto y Escrivá de Romaní es hija de Fernando de Soto y Falcó, Marqués de Arienzo y de Inés Escrivá de Romaní y Mora, por lo tanto sobrina nieta de S.M. la reina Fabiola de Bélgica.
La abuela paterna de la novia, Mercedes Falcó de Anchorena, duquesa del Arco, marquesa de Noguera, es hija de Manuel Falcó y Álvarez de Toledo, duque de Fernán Núñez.
La impactante diadema que luce la novia, fue realizada para Silvia Álvarez de Toledo y Gutiérrez de la Concha, duquesa de Fernán Núñez.
Imponente y majestuosa, realizada en 1906, en pleno apogeo de la Belle-Époque, donde el “Garland Style” con su diseño de roleos y motivos florales y de follajes decía presente en los salones más exquisitos y afamados de Europa y el nuevo mundo.
La Maison Chaumet realiza esta fantástica diadema para la marquesa de Mina formada por la silueta de una palmeta doble, que se repite cinco veces, cuyo interior, nos ofrece, a diferencia del diseño tradicional una increíble esmeralda que nace a partir de un roleo.
En la parte superior destaca una esmeralda en gota invertida coronada con once brillantes.
Una palmeta se halla unida a la otra por un motivo floral, un capullo de clavel, el cual nace desde un roleo de la base y se abre, dejándonos ver como su pistilo nos ofrece una bellísima esmeralda orlada de brillantes.
Elementos vegetales de onduladas formas continúan el capullo que se unirá a la siguiente palmeta.
La base, una línea recta de brillantes en la cual se asientan elegantemente los distintos elementos que componen la diadema.
Para realizar esta joya, la familia va a entregar el collar de esmeraldas y brillantes que luce en la pintura María del Pilar Osorio y Gutiérrez de los Ríos, duquesa de Fernán Núñez.
Resulta maravilloso poder disfrutar de una pieza de esta envergadura que se mantiene intacta hasta el día de hoy.

Blanca de Soto y Escrivá de Romaní is the daughter of Fernando de Soto y Falcó, Marqués de Arienzo and Inés Escrivá de Romaní y Mora, therefore great-niece of S.M. Queen Fabiola of Belgium.
The bride’s paternal grandmother, Mercedes Falcó de Anchorena, Duchess of Arco, Marchioness of Noguera, is the daughter of Manuel Falcó and Álvarez de Toledo, Duke of Fernán Núñez.

La Maison Chaumet makes this fantastic diadem for the Marchioness of Mina formed by the silhouette of a double palmette, which is repeated five times, whose interior offers us, unlike the traditional design, an incredible emerald that is born from a scroll. In the upper part, an inverted drop emerald crowned with eleven diamonds stands out.
One palmette is joined to the other by a floral motif, a carnation bud, which is born from a scroll at the base and opens, letting us see how its pistil offers us a beautiful emerald bordered with diamonds. Vegetal elements with wavy shapes continue the cocoon that will join the next palmette.
The base is a straight line of diamonds on which the different elements that make up the headband sit elegantly.
